These terms apply to all use of NHN Spray Inventory and to purchases of subscriptions or lifetime access through the app.

NHN Spray Inventory is a web app for tracking your spray can stock: scanning, colours, shopping lists, projects and history.
The app runs in your browser and can be added to your home screen. An internet connection is required.
Create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity through your account.
One account is intended for one user or studio, unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are shown on the sales page: €4.99 per month, €44.99 per year or €99 once for lifetime access. All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payments are handled by our payment partner Stripe. Access is activated once payment has been received.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel at any time through your account or the link in your payment confirmation.
After cancellation you retain access until the end of the current paid period. Your account is then converted to read-only and you can export your data for another 90 days.
Lifetime access is a one-off payment and applies for as long as the service exists.
As a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Because you receive immediate access to the digital service, we request your express agreement at purchase to start immediately, so your right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully supplied.
The stock, projects and other content you enter remain yours. You only grant us the right to store and display them for you in the app.
The colour catalogue (including MTN 94 and Montana GOLD) is provided for use within the app. Brand and colour names remain the property of their respective owners.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance may temporarily make the app unavailable.
We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost income or data loss caused by your own actions. Our liability is in any event limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the damage.
Regularly back up important data using the export feature.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend your account for abuse, fraud or breaches of these terms.
Belgian law applies to these terms. Disputes are submitted to the competent court of the Hasselt district (Limburg), subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
We may amend these terms. We will notify you by email in advance of important changes. Last updated: 28/10/2026.
